- Since these are custom gifts, there will be no returns or exchanges accepted. So please be sure to verify all details we discuss before placing your order.

- There will not be any cancelations to your order once your order is placed. So please be sure to verify all necessary detail before ordering.

- Paradise Lane is not responsible if your package gets damaged, lost or stolen.

We work our best to make sure that your product is leaving our studio in safest conditions to avoid any damage. However, If you experience any issues with your product being lost, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help assist you. Do not wait more than 7 days after date of delivery to inform us, the sooner the better.

If your product is damaged, please provide us with your order number, tracking number and photo proof at ParadiseLane@helloparadiselane.com and we will work our best to send a replacement or provide you with other options based on the situation.

- All products are handmade and therefore will not always match what is provided in photos. We work our best to make sure we are giving you exactly what you want, but please be courteous that these products are handmade and will not always be exactly as described in photos. We appreciate your understanding.

- All handmade products will require an average of a 4-6 week processing time. Considering these products are handmade, Paradise Lane is here to inform that your product may take longer to ship out. Please plan accordingly. 

 

Also, custom products are almost always MADE TO ORDER. In other words, once payment is received in full, Paradise Lane will need to order the following products necessary and depending on time of arrival, processing and shipping times will be affected.

 

We will work as quickly as possible to get your new product completed and shipped out as soon as possible. This also means that it may take less or more than a 4-6 week processing period. We will work our best to give you an accurate processing time once your order has been discussed and initiated.

- Products will not be shipped out until your item is paid for in full under no circumstance. Paradise Lane works hard to give you the best prices possible. However, in a rare case where your product needs to be paid for in installments, until the full price has been paid for, your product will not be shipped out and may experience some further delays based on shipping duration.

To avoid further shipping delays, please be sure to pay in full and if not possible, payments made before the deadline.
